While sweating is good for you, it’s not good to leave it on your skin for too long. Your skin will get irritated, and could potentially cause more harm. After your workout, immediately cleanse your skin, especially around your face and neck. Facial wipes are good alternatives if you’re in a hurry. If you can’t stand sweat soaking up on your shirt, then try to avoid cotton tops.
Choose oil-free and fragrance-free cleansers if:
You have sensitive or dry skin
Stretch after your workout, not before.
Do dynamic warm-ups before your workout, then only stretch after. Stretching before may actually decrease your performance! Your pre-workout routine should warm your muscles, so do a lower-intensity of your actual workout to prevent injuries. Stretch after to recover.
Try your best to wear tight workout clothes,
This way you won’t flash anyone when you’re doing the downward dog.
What do you do after a hard workout session? Pamper yourselves,of course!
